Apartment HER is the result of a comprehensive reform of an 80m² house in the Salamanca district. The client was an investor who was looking to achieve an impressive result, with average materials and qualities, for the sale of the home. The comprehensive reform involved updating the two bathrooms and incorporating custom storage throughout the house. The original apartment was very fragmented, so at the distribution level it was decided to open the kitchen to the living room and place a central island, which would organize the entire space. The choice of finishes, incorporating a palette of natural materials based on wood and neutral colors, together with the new layout, managed to transform a traditional compartmentalized home into a modern, open and functional apartment.
