Apartment N is the result of a complete renovation of an apartment located in the Madrid neighborhood of Ibiza. The program was organized around a large open concept living room-kitchen, which would allow the clients to host meetings with their family and friends. Beside this space, a small work area is located partially hidden behind the kitchen cabinets. One of the aims of this project was to create an open and bright atmosphere through the use of white surfaces and light woods. All the rooms of the apartment have dedicated storage areas: a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and built-in wardrobes in the two other bedrooms; a closet for the washing machine, a coat closet and a bookcase in the corridor; a small storage room for sport equipment; several built-in pantries in the kitchen, and integrated storage in the two bathrooms and the work area.
